Woodberry Down Park is an impressive small linear park (0.5ha) in north Hackney, next to our neighbouring borough, Haringey.
The park has an interesting character with ‘high specification’ planting and a natural setting, and the site is orientated towards the New River and the West Reservoir. A stretch of Metropolitan Open Land runs along the New River with some mature existing trees retained. Woodberry Down Park will become an increasingly well used pocket of green space in this densely populated area of London.
